The Store Manager will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations at a specific Slayer Burger location. They will ensure efficient operations, maintain high quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Systems: Follow BOH and FOH procedures, track waste, and maintain a clean environment.
• Operations Oversight: Work with staff to ensure smooth operations, meet objectives, and maintain food quality.
• Staff Management: Schedule staff effectively, train new hires, and enforce company policies.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and control food costs.
• Maintenance: Address equipment and facility issues or escalate to appropriate technicians.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in restaurant operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• 2+ years of kitchen supervisory experience
• Culinary Arts Diploma/Degree (preferred)
• Food Handler Certificate
• Strong English communication skills
